Finding Anime Eye Style page photoplus edit

My first attempt at digitally editing my work I recently bought a piece of digital editing software called Serif PhotoPlus, its a good easy to use piece of software and cheap too. It may have as many features as Photoshop but it allowed me to crop and brighten up my Anime eyes finding a style page. Id say it is a big improvement over the original one i uploaded but i could have done better like removing the last bits of grey around the edges if anyone knows how i can do that using Photoplus please let me know.
